Attention seniors and senior parents:
As we always do - we plan to announce scholarship awards at graduation. if you want your scholarships announced, please send Mrs Rogers the info.
Mrs Rogers will need the name of the scholarship and the amount.
This includes local scholarships AND scholarships awarded by the university where you plan to attend - please send Mrs Rogers your information by Wednesday, May 13.
Today is Locker Clean Out Day for all Juniors and Seniors from 9:00-1:00 and 6:00-7:30. Please remember only 10 visitors in the halls at one time. All guests must have some type of face covering. There is a box in the lobby to return school assignments/activities. All underclassmen can pick up a neon green 2020-2021 course registration sheet. All school property (books, calculators, etc..)can be returned to room 118.
The scheduled locker clean out for Freshmen and Sophomores has been cancelled today. We apologize for the late notice but the building has no water and Huntsmen Road is closed due to road construction. Freshmen and Sophomores can report Wednesday to clean out their locker from 9:00-1:00 and 6:00-7:30.

Friday, May 8th - 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Elementary Parents - Teachers have gathered student belongings to be picked up in the Elementary Parking Lot. Pick up times will be 5pm - 7pm. We will follow the schedule below:

Attention Huntington High School graduating Class of 2020:
An announcement and details concerning our graduation ceremony will be released Tuesday, May 5. Thank you for your patience as we seek final approval for a ceremony that we feel will honor our seniors and provide a day to celebrate all you’ve accomplished at Huntington Local Schools.
Attention all High School Students:
Locker clean out for High School students will follow the schedule listed. You should have a mask or other face covering when you enter the building. Please follow all precautions of social distancing while in the building. Only ten students will be permitted in the building at one time. Again, please follow the schedule below so we can limit the number of people on campus at a given point in time.
Freshmen and Sophomores:
Monday, May 4th: 9:00 am-1:00 pm, 6:30 pm-8:00 pm
Juniors and Seniors:
Tuesday, May 5th: 9:00 am -1:00 pm, 6:00 pm-7:30 pm
Any student that couldn’t attend Monday or Tuesday:
Wednesday. May 6th: 9:00 am -1:00 pm
Students can also turn in finished work which will be counted toward their pass/fail grade for the fourth nine week grading period.
There will be tables set up in Room 118 for return of completed assignments or school owned property (books, calculators, etc...) if not needed to complete any other assignments.

Due to the rain, meal pickup will be located in front of the Middle School/ High School Entrance (Parent drop-off area) from 11am - 1pm
With the closing of the school year by Governor DeWine, 6th grade camp has been cancelled. Any out of pocket payments made by the student’s family for camp will be refunded. Refunds will be mailed out in a timely manner.

Myrl Shoemaker Athletic Complex will light up tonight 4/20/20, at 8:20pm, for 20 minutes to honor the Huntington High School class of 2020 for their hard work, dedication, and service to the TWP. Public access is prohibited, but we will post pictures for everyone to celebrate. Go Green!
