On March 16, 2020 applications were mailed to all current open enrolled students. If your child is currently open enrolled, we are reminding you that you that must fill out and apply each year. The application can be found on our web-page and the deadline for submission is August 1, 2020. Please mail or fax those applications to our district office. The address is 188 Huntsmen Road, Chillicothe Ohio 45601. The fax number is 740-663-6078. Your prompt attention to submitting the open enrollment application is very much appreciated.

Spring Picture pickup will be Thursday, May 21st from 11am - 1pm in front of the High School. If you cannot make it, we will send home via mail.

Senior Announcement:
All graduating seniors can report to the high school tonight between 5:45-7:00 to get a formal picture in their cap and gown, pick up NHS cords, Honors cords, Stolls, and cap and gown for anyone that hasn’t received theirs yet. Pictures will be taken by Joni Roop and will start at 6:00 pm. All social distancing guidelines should be followed this evening. There will be a limit of one picture per senior and no group pictures.

Attention seniors and senior parents:
As we always do - we plan to announce scholarship awards at graduation. if you want your scholarships announced, please send Mrs Rogers the info.
Mrs Rogers will need the name of the scholarship and the amount.
This includes local scholarships AND scholarships awarded by the university where you plan to attend - please send Mrs Rogers your information by Wednesday, May 13.

Today is Locker Clean Out Day for all Juniors and Seniors from 9:00-1:00 and 6:00-7:30. Please remember only 10 visitors in the halls at one time. All guests must have some type of face covering. There is a box in the lobby to return school assignments/activities. All underclassmen can pick up a neon green 2020-2021 course registration sheet. All school property (books, calculators, etc..)can be returned to room 118.

The scheduled locker clean out for Freshmen and Sophomores has been cancelled today. We apologize for the late notice but the building has no water and Huntsmen Road is closed due to road construction. Freshmen and Sophomores can report Wednesday to clean out their locker from 9:00-1:00 and 6:00-7:30.

Friday, May 8th - 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Elementary Parents - Teachers have gathered student belongings to be picked up in the Elementary Parking Lot. Pick up times will be 5pm - 7pm. We will follow the schedule below:
