2024 SVYL Spring Softball sign ups for Huntington teams are being held January 13th, 20th, and 27th from 3-5pm at the Cavalier Athletic Center - 1245 Western Avenue.
This is for girls ages 6-12.

Huntington's Ohio State Leadership Collaborative group dove into research today virtually. Today they learned how to set up detailed surveys and interviews to collect data. 💚Gogreen And we also met the Grinch!



Huntington Local Schools will be dismissing 2 hours early on Friday, December 15th for Christmas Break. School will resume January 3, 2024.


Congratulations to the Huntington Quiz Bowl Team! It was an exciting day for our competitors - beating ZT who has not lost a match in 2 years earlier in the day and going on to finish 2nd overall in the tournament in a close final sudden death match against Zane Trace. We are extremely proud of you all!

Huntington’s Think21 program held their annual Shadow Day. Think21 middle school students were paired with a high school mentor, and they participated in high school classes while following their mentor’s schedule. Students were able to vote on their favorite class at the end of the day. The winners were Senora and Mr. Vickers. The teacher prizes were donated by local businesses: Mill City and Wheatberry Books.

Congratulations to senior Natalie Hall and junior Jackson Kohls on performing at the Ohio University Honor Band this weekend. In just 3 short days, Natalie and Jackson joined 200 students from over 50 high schools, worked with OU music faculty, learned very challenging music and put on a fantastic performance!
