The Huntington Local. Schools Cafeteria would like to inform parents, staff and students that we are experiencing supply chain issues at this time. We might have to make some last minute substitutions in our daily breakfast and lunch menus. We will do our best as we work through this together. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Public Announcement: A Huntington Local Schools Bus was involved in an accident this morning. No students were on the bus at the time of the accident and the bus driver was not injured.
Due to a water main break, Huntington Local Schools will be releasing early. High School and Middle School will be releasing at noon. Elementary will be releasing at 1pm.

Huntington has convened a Health & Wellness committee and is currently in the process of completing a Whole Child health and wellness assessment and strategic plan for the district. The purpose of this effort is to identify and prioritize the health, wellness and social needs of our staff and students so that we can be more effective in removing barriers to their success.

The jr. high volleyball bus to Westfall will not leave until 4:25. The game was scheduled to start at 5, but will be pushed back at least 40 minutes.

Dear 7th Grade Parents and Students,
We are postponing the 7th grade field trip to Tuesday, September 14, 2021. This postponement is due to a transportation issue. If your child has already paid for and returned his/her field trip permission form he/she will attend the new date of September 14, 2021. If your child has not returned his/her form yet we need the permission form turned in to Mrs. Ginther no later than Wednesday, September 8, 2021. If you need a new permission form please contact the middle school office at 740-663-6079 or see Mrs. Ginther.
