Huntington High School inducted its 2024 Athletic Hall of Fame this evening. Graduates Elijah McCloskey and Braiden Collins Dalton were honored for their outstanding athletic accomplishments. Bud Lytle received Distinguished Athletic Service Award for 26 years of continued service to our programs.
Elijah was a 4 time All SVC selection in basketball, member of the 1000 point club, SVC Offensive Back of the year, holds the schools passing record and is the all time touchdown leader.
Braiden earned SVC basketball player of the year, is a 3 time All SVC selection in basketball, a member of the 1000 point club and in volleyball, the 1000 dig club.
Huntington Band held their Winter Concert this afternoon. The performance by all levels was excellent. Congratulations to the students and Mrs. Coen!

Congratulations to Keeley Gamble, winner of the Write in Red Essay Contest. The contest occurs during Red Ribbon Week and is sponsored by the local ADAMH Board. Keeley wrote an excellent essay on the pitfalls of drug and alcohol use and she won $100!

The Huntington Ag Department had their 3rd annual apple butter day and it was a big success. We want to give a big shout out to Mike Hirsch and Hirsch's Fruit farm as well as Mount Tabor Church for making this event possible.
We are selling our apple butter for $5/pint or $10/quart. It can be picked up in the Middle School office during school hours or contact Dirk Foglesong (dirk.foglesong@huntsmen.org) for other arrangements.
