The ongoing health and safety of students, staff, and families remains at the forefront of Huntington Local Schools. At this time, our district is experiencing an increase COVID-19 cases. The chart below illustrates our current numbers as of August 27, 2021:

Huntington Schools must follow the requirements set forth by the Ross County Health Department and the Ohio Department of Health. At this time, we are requiring all staff, students and visitors to use masks when entering the school facilities during regular school hours. The Board of Education will seek input from the public and reevaluate the mask requirement at the end of the first quarter.
