Sealed bids will be received by the Huntington Local School District Board of Education (the
“Owner”), as provided in this notice, for the Outdoor Classroom Expansion Project (the
“Project”). The Contract Documents may be viewed from the District’s website by clicking: Bid  Package or by going to https://5il.co/td5e.


Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Huntington Local School District
Board of Education, ATTN: Becki Peden, Treasurer, 188 Huntsman Road, Chillicothe, OH
45601 and plainly marked on the outside "HUNTINGTON LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD
OF EDUCATION OUTDOOR CLASSROOM EXPANSION PROJECT BID." Bids will be
received until 3 pm, local time, June 15, 2021.

Questions regarding drawing set should be addressed in writing to John Wetzel at
primecivil.jwetz@gmail.com.

A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held at 3 pm on June 2, 2021, at 188 Huntsman Road,
Chillicothe, OH 45601.

the “Menu” tab at the top of the screen; followed by choosing “News” from the drop down menu.
All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing
wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Owner
reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary
investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
