Lily Hocker
English Language Arts
Hi! My name is Lily Hocker and I teach 7th grade ELA. I graduated from Ohio University and I’m heading into my 4th year teaching. I am passionate about helping students become confident, thoughtful readers and writers.
I read and crochet for fun in between being a mom of 3 little ones and taking care of my animals. You can reach me at Lily.Hocker@Huntsmen.org. I’m excited to inspire a love of reading in your child.
Dylan Gragg
Intervention Specialist
My name is Dylan Gragg, and I have been an Intervention Specialist for 6 years. I have been the 7th grade Intervention Specialist here at Huntington Middle School for the last 3 years. I graduated from Ohio University and I’m passionate about helping students grow both academically and personally. One of my favorite aspects of teaching is working with students one-on-one, as it allows me to closely support their individual progress and see their growth in confidence, skills, and understanding over time. In addition to teaching, I also serve as the 8th grade basketball coach at the school, where I enjoy helping students develop teamwork, discipline, and a strong work ethic both on and off the court. I look forward to a great year ahead! I can be reached at Dylan.Gragg@Huntsmen.org.

Paula Hutson
Social Studies
My name is Paula Hutson, and I have the privilege of teaching 7th grade Social Studies. This school year marks my 31st year in education, a journey that has allowed me to share my passion for history, culture, and storytelling with countless students. I earned my master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from Nova Southeastern University, and one of my favorite subjects to teach is mythology—there’s something magical about the lessons and themes hidden in ancient tales that still connect with us today. For the past 18 years, my classroom has also had some very special residents: a group of turtles who have become beloved members of our learning community. I am excited to continue fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning in my students this year. I may be contacted through my school email: Paula.Hutson@Huntsmen.org.
