Congratulations to MR. BOB LEACH who is the recipient of the Chillicothe Jaycees “Citizen of the Year” award. This honor is awarded to an outstanding citizen in the area who is involved in community service. We all know Mr. Leach as our outstanding 8th grade American History teacher who has brought history alive to our students. The “Veteran’s Day Assembly” and History Fair are legendary in our community. Mr. Leach is also active in his church, The Historic Society and Preservation Society as well as other organizations. He contributed greatly to the Camp Sherman Days project. With the plaque and award, he will be the Grand Marshall in the Ross County Halloween Parade. Mr. Leach….We are proud of you.
